Successivamente all’apertura al pubblico è stato costituito l’archivio, che custodisce documentazione sulla vita del museo e parte delle carte di Gian Giacomo Poldi Pezzoli.
A questo materiale prezioso si aggiunge la fototeca, che fornisce su richiesta le immagini di tutte le opere del Museo.
Document archive
In the Archive there are documents related to Gian Giacomo Poldi Pezzoli’s acquisitions and to the settings of his house; and also documents about the museum activities after 1881. Scholars can have access to the Archive sending the request form.
